Hello, I’m Hayley...
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, and I specialise in women’s wellness, providing education and habit change strategies to achieve health, strength and confidence. I incorporate the principles of Pilates into all of my programmes to achieve muscle balance and good postural alignment - promoting wellness and reducing the risk of injury.
I offer online group classes in mat Pilates and Barre Pilates method - a low impact system of movement to free your body from aches and pains, as well as improving posture, muscle tone and functional strength.
You can work with me 1:1 for a tailored approach to your individual movement, health and nutrition needs, or you can join my Rejuven8 membership - a community of women committing monthly to improve, not just physical health, but evaluating many aspects of your life to feel energised and rejuvenated!
I believe in long-term, sustainable lifestyle change, not quick fixes or one-size-fits all programmes. Working with me will give you a thorough insight in to where you are now as well as comprehensive goal setting to set out short term and long term aspirations for health and wellness. As a qualified nutritionist I can help you feel great from the inside out - using food to support your exercise programme without ever feeling deprived or guilty for enjoying food.
I WORK ON THE FOUNDATIONS OF GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH ENSURING THAT THE BUILDING BLOCKS FOR A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE ARE ACHIEVED BEFORE DEVELOPING SPECIFIC, TAILORED PROGRAMMES THAT ARE INDIVIDUAL EACH CLIENT.
It can seem impossible sometimes to fit anything else into our already frantic schedules. I can show you that it is actually easy to achieve your goals in the limited time that you have, just by making small changes every day. You don’t have to have any experience, you don’t even have to enjoy exercise! - because it’s my job to help you change your mindset and your lifestyle.
