Personal Health Profile consultation and report

  • Lifestyle and diet analysis

  • Measurements taken (height, weight, body fat %, body muscle %, visceral fat levels, and body circumferences)

  • Cardiovascular capacity and functional strength testing

  • Posture, mobility and balance testing

Receive a detailed report about your current health profile, as well as a comprehensive action plan of how to reach your targets including how to train to maximise your hormone levels.

This consultation can be done online or face to face (depending on location).

  •   1, 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week (online or in person)

  • Personalised at home workouts to compliment your sessions with me
