Mat Pilates is a series of low impact exercises that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance of the ‘powerhouse’ or core.
barre.
Tues 7.45 - 8.45pm
Barre Pilates is a low impact class to strengthen and sculpt the body with mindful movement. This class focuses on the lower body and improves function of the pelvic floor.
lunchtime lite.
Thurs 12.30 - 1pm
A quickfire 30 minute mat Pilates session. Take a pause from your working schedule or just a chance to add a bit of movement to your day.

Book into your classes below. If you have subscribed to the Pilates On Demand membership you will have received a code for free access to each class but you will still need to book a place. You can book these individually or you can bulk book all of the classes in advance. If you have booked a class and can no longer attend please cancel your place as there are a limited number of spaces.
