Pick n mix.

Each Friday you get to choose your workout. You’ll find a variety of styles from Pilates to Tabata; and a range of durations meaning you can either do a quick 10 min blast or a whole hour of training.

New workouts are added each week so you will always have something new to try…or, if you have a favorite you can replay the same session over and over. Fridays are all about YOU.

Balance & co-ordination.

Balance and co-ordination decrease as we age. It is important to keep challenging this with simple exercises that keep our brain and proprioception connections working.

You should try and add these challenges into your routine at least 1-2 times per week.

Mobility.

Being ultra flexible isn’t top of everyone’s agenda (and nor should it be) so people often skip this park of our programme because we think it takes up a lot of time. Here in rejuven8, we focus on functional mobility rather than how far you can stretch. We need to be able to carry out our activities of daily living pain free and as efficiently as possible right? So, we need to regularly mobilise joints as opposed to just lengthening shortened muscles. Let’s face it being able to do the splits isn’t going to help you off the toilet or brush your own hair when you are in your 80s. Include these mobility exercises as part of your programme at least once or twice each week - but as often as you can.
