Welcome to our brand new on-demand site, where you can access everything you need to regularly practice Pilates with me - whether you can make it to the live classes each week or not!

If we have never met before - Hello! I am Hayley and I am thrilled to meet you and I look forward to sharing my love of Pilates and movement with you, and teaching you how to learn a new appreciation of what your body can do. If I know you already then it’s great to have you here with me and thank you for your continued support.

This on-demand option really is a great way for you to improve your practice incredibly quickly and offers you the chance to, not only re-watch the live classes, but to focus on specific exercises that may challenge you - with step by step layering videos that will break each exercise down.

Check out each of the sections below - have a look around and get yourself comfortable with where to find everything. If you are new to Pilates then the FUNDAMENTALS section of the class library should be your first port of call.

You will need to book into your classes each week using the booking system - make sure that you use the code sent to you when you joined - you can book into a whole group of classes at once or book in as you go and you will receive a Zoom link to access the class LIVE. Please try to cancel your place if you are unable to attend as spaces are limited and open to non-members. All classes will be added to the library within 1 hour of the class ending.

Class library.

If you miss a class or just want to get in a bit of extra practice you will find every class recording here in the class library. Check out the Foundations section if you are a beginner or want a refresher about how to get the best out of each class, including proper alignment, breathing and engaging those all important deep core muscles.

Learning the layers.

The aim of Pilates should not be to work at the hardest level as quick as possible. Often, getting to the hardest layer quickly comes at the sacrifice of the more important work. Understanding of what each layer builds in terms of endurance, spinal mobility or deep core work is so important and so, therefore is repetition of each layer for the appropriate time for it to be mastered before moving on. The skill and deep enjoyment of Pilates comes from acknowledging the process of improvement and feeling your capability as opposed to pushing yourself to get to the hardest layer and using all the wrong muscles, risking injury in the process.

This section looks at each exercise and the layers involved to help you improve.
