I’m working with a new group next month to kickstart a healthy lifestyle by creating new habits, learning how to fuel your body to supercharge your energy levels, and create an EASY daily exercise routine without giving up the foods you enjoy or spending hours in the gym.

 

This programme isn’t for everyone, but if 2-3 of these describe how you are feeling then this programme is for you:

For those of you who have not worked with me before, I’m Hayley! I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I live in Essex with my husband, two boys (9, and 7) and my dog.

I work with women like you every day, helping them to achieve confidence in how their bodies look and feel. I specialise in women’s wellness, creating habit change strategies alongside exercise programmes that bring about long term change - both physically and mentally without restrictive diets or heavy exercise schedules.

I love to exercise, but I also love to eat cake. I love constantly learning new ways to improve our health, as women, as we age…but I also love to sit and watch Netflix for a couple of hours at a time, or to have a few cocktails with the girls. I am like most other women out there, so as a trainer I can understand the pressures of life are often what gets in the way of looking after yourself.

That’s why I created this programme.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, but signing up to my kick-start programme will give you a glimpse of what can be achieved when you are prepared to prioritise YOU. Most clients find that when they actually start looking after themselves, they are more organised, more productive and have much more energy to spend quality time with their families.

Listen, I am a working mum with two energetic boys. I juggle work, running the family home and ferrying the kids to their sports clubs most nights of the week. I know it can seem impossible sometimes to fit anything else into our already frantic lives.

This programme will show you that it is simple to achieve your goals in the limited time that you have, just by making small changes every day.

So, once I’ve signed up. What happens next?

Doors open to the completely private Facebook group on Wednesday 28th December, and then we are ready to start the 28 days on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. This will give you plenty of time to read my preparation emails, to ask any questions and to feel prepared to change your life!

FAQs

  • What if I can’t make the LIVE sessions?

    • In order to get the most out of the programme you are encouraged to join in as much as possible with the Facebook LIVE catch up each week. If you are unable to make it LIVE then the recording will be available. I expect everyone to contribute to our small group community in some way or another, even if it is a simple ‘well done’ to another member of the group, as it is the sense of community that motivates most people.

  • How do I access everything?

    • Your programme will be delivered by weekly emails, LIVE Facebook group chats, voice notes direct from me and a downloadable app.

  • How long do I get access to the programme for?

    • You get access to the programme(and the app) for 28 days, as you will be part of a cohort of women doing the same programme at the same time. All information and handouts are yours to keep for as long as you need them. The Facebook group will stay open for a few days after the programme ends for you to ask any questions.

  • When does the programme start?

    • Doors open to the Facebook group on Wednesday 28th December ready to kick off the Programme on Tuesday 3rd January. Don’t worry if your kids go back to school that day, I will make sure you are well organised to hit the ground running.

  • Do I need any equipment?

    • You can take part in the 28 Day Kick-start with absolutely no equipment. However, I will send you an optional equipment list (minimal) in case you want to challenge yourself or if you want to invest in some home equipment to progress your fitness journey.

  • Is there a meal plan?

    • I provide detailed meal plans in my more comprehensive programmes. For the purposes of this programme you will get an idea of the types of foods you should be including in your diet as well as meal ideas. You wont be asked to restrict your diet, but you will fill it with nutritious food that will make you feel great.
